Membership Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 31, 2026
By enrolling in a Kopetsky’s Full Service Carwash membership, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Membership Subscription
By subscribing to a Kopetsky’s Full Service Carwash Membership, you authorize Kopetsky’s Full Service Carwash to automatically charge your credit or debit card each month on the anniversary date of your initial purchase.
Your membership will continue on a month-to-month basis until you cancel. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least seven (7) days prior to your next billing date through our designated cancellation process.
No refunds or credits will be issued for partial months, unused washes, or billing periods once a charge has been processed.
SMS and Email Communications
As a member, you may opt in to receive promotional offers, service updates, account notices, and other important communications via SMS and email.
By opting in, you consent to receive automated messages sent to the phone number and email address you provide. Message frequency may vary, and standard message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time:

Email: Use the unsubscribe link included in emails
Opting out of promotional messages does not prevent us from sending essential service or account-related communications.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Information such as your name, phone number, email address, billing details, vehicle description, and membership information is used solely to administer our services and manage your account.
Your personal information will not be sold or shared for marketing purposes and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes and Cancellations
Members may manage their memberships online to:

Change membership plans (limited to one plan change per 90 days)

All changes and cancellations must follow the notice requirements outlined above.
Kopetsky’s Full Service Carwash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate memberships, pricing, or benefits at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law.

Memberships are valid for one (1) vehicle only

Services are valid during normal business hours

We reserve the right to close temporarily or modify hours due to weather, equipment maintenance, staffing, or special circumstances

Abuse of membership privileges may result in suspension or cancellation without refund
Rates, services, and terms are subject to change. Continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
